Hotwaterplant.com does not require you to purchase any system equipment, nor pay any fees related to the engineering, procurement, or construction of your system, nor require any origination fee.

Hotwaterplant.com does, however, require a security deposit, unless waived in part or in whole by a Company offering.

The security deposit is $500.00 for all basic systems with capacities of 200 liters or less. For systems larger than 200 liters, the deposit will be calculated as $500 plus 10 cents per litre.

This security deposit is held by Hotwaterplant.com until the rental agreement has been completed.

Agreement is considered completed when the customer is no longer obligated under any original Agreement period or Agreement renewal period to rent the equipment, and the customer has been determined to have fulfilled his or her obligations.

At the completion of the Agreement, and once the equipment has been inspected and recovered by the Company, Hotwaterplant.com will refund the security deposit to you.

In the event that the Company determines that the equipment has been damaged intentionally or though gross neglect, Hotwaterplant.com retains the right to withhold the security deposit in whole or in part to cover damages.

This does not limit Hotwaterplant.com rights to seek additional compensation for damages sustained through any legal remedy afforded to it by the agreement.

Besides the security deposit, the only other payment required of you is the monthly rent.
